Anne Heche and Ex Move Out

"Men in Trees" star ANNE HECHE and her estranged husband, COLEY LAFFOON, are selling their Los Angeles home and moving out, according to L.A. Superior Court papers obtained by ET. To see them, click here.

The two have scheduled alternate weeks to remove their belongings from the property by Sept. 2nd so as not to cross paths. Papers list the monthly house payment at $9,877.

Last month, the two were fighting over furniture. Laffoon demanded "the return of certain items of furniture and furnishings" he claims were taken by Heche from their "community residence ... including the bed that I sleep in." He also claimed in the court papers that, at one time, Heche "had gone into my closet and ripped the buttons off of 19 of my shirts and removed some of my pants."

Other items that Laffoon claimed were missing include a dresser, bedside tables, a dining room table and chairs, and yoga room rugs.

"I purchased all of the items that I moved from [the community residence] before my marriage [to Laffoon]," Heche responded. "I intend to use them in my Vancouver residence. I do not intend to dispose of any of these items."

Earlier this year, Heche asked for temporary sole custody of their son, HOMER, with reasonable visitation by Laffoon. She also asked that Homer be allowed to attend kindergarten in Vancouver, Canada, in the fall, where she films "Men in Trees." A judge later ruled that Homer would live with his father in Los Angeles while Heche films in Canada, and have alternate weekend visits with Heche while she shoots the ABC show.

Heche claimed in those papers that Laffoon "makes numerous false allegations about his own parenting skills and fitness as well as mine," in papers filed by her ex. She also claimed that Laffoon "sends Homer to preschool and leaves him with nannies and babysitters while he plays ping pong, backgammon and poker and views pornography online."

In Laffoon's papers, on the other hand, he describes Heche as an unsuitable mom, saying she "has at times exhibited bizarre and delusional behavior for which she refuses to seek professional help."

ET broke the news in January that Anne had left her husband, whom she married in 2001, for her "Men in Trees" co-star, JAMES TUPPER.

Of course, Anne made headlines before life with Coley due to her high-profile relationship with ELLEN DeGENERES. The two met while Laffoon, a cameraman, was shooting a tour documentary about the talk-show host/comedienne comedienne.
