TRACY MORGAN has been sentenced in a New York court on a drunk driving charge stemming from a November arrest.

The judge sentenced the "30 Rock" star to a $1,000 fine, five days of community service (which he has already served) and a six month suspension of his New York state driver's license on a conditional discharge providing he continues to get treatment for alcohol abuse.

Tracy told ET regarding the loss of his license: "I'm totally cool with that."
