Lucy hides the new furniture in the kitchen so Ricky doesn't see it when he comes home. Well, we know the scene as she goes through the Mertzes' house to reach her kitchen for butter and a steak knife. We then see Ricky get up to retrieve some salt from the kitchen. He is unable to push the door so he grasps this little knob on the door. Was that knob always there or was it added for that scene only? I don't feel like popping in a DVD to check.

I thought maybe when they moved into the new apartment two episodes earlier, that the knob would be there. It wasn't. It apparently was installed for the episode "Lucy Wants New Furniture," and wasn't removed after that.
