Last year, I posted a thread about Happy Days alumni appearing on TV game shows. Henry Winkler was involved as a co-exec. producer of the most recent incarnation of Hollywood Squares with Tom Bergeron hosting. So far, it's confirmed that Anson Williams, Tom Bosley, Pat Morita and Anson's ex-wife, Lorrie Mahaffey appeared on Match Game with Gene Rayburn. BTW, I need to point out Marion Ross' appearance on Password Plus in 1979, hosted by Allen Ludden. Ron Howard appeared as a participant on Jim Lange's The Dating Game in 1971. We already know about Erin Moran's numerous game show appearances(namely Pyramid, Match Game/Hollywood Squares Hour, Street Smarts, among others). In the last thread I started, I pointed out about Tom Bosley and Marion Ross appearing together on Hollywood Squares in 2001, but this wasn't their first appearance together on a TV game show, let alone Hollywood Squares. Both of them appeared on John Davidson's incarnation of the show in December of 1986. However, they weren't the only Happy Days alumni to appear on the late 80's incarnation of Hollywood Squares- Garry Marshall appeared on the show the next month, and in Spetember of 1987, Crystal Bernard appeared, along with her sister, Robyn, on Hollywood Squares. FYI, I got some of this info from TV.com, but I'm not sure if GSN currently holds the broadcast rights to most of the game shows I've mentioned, if not all of them, but in all likelihood, they probably do, but this is more information about Happy Days alumni appearing on TV game shows. Obviously, there was more info about HD alumni on game shows than we initially posted, almost a year ago. If you have more information on HD alumni on game shows and/or if you can upload still pictures of HD alumni appearing on TV game shows, feel free to post. This is quite an interesting topic to think about, if you agree with me.
