I believe this aired as a special alert on UM. A couple who was possibly of Meditarreanean decent was found murdered in the US over 30 years ago. They still haven't been identified but were exhumed recently in hopes of getting dna samples to possibly help in identifying them.

Cool! I was always hoping these folks would get identified. If memory serves correctly, this was the couple that had on rather expensive jewelry who authorities thought may be brother and sister? Didn't this case air with the one about the unidentified gal who fell to her death from the cliff?
In any case, GREAT news. I hope they can ID them... |

Such a weird case (the one about the murdered guy and gal), I've seen it profiled various places and have always just shook my head at how they could have absolutely zero leads after all this time and all the publicity its received. |

Reading that article gave me chills! It's amazing that the funeral home let the public view the bodies in order to identify them. It's very hard to believe that no one is looking for them.
They will at least be able to tell if the brother-sister theory is right with DNA testing. |
