Anyone know what might sooth a cat's stomach? Our cat Chava doesn't seem to feel good. He got sick yesterday afternoon, last night and this morning.

This is probably something that you will need to consult a Vet about but I do have a few questions.
How old is Chava? Is he an indoor cat or outdoor? Does he normally eat the same brand of food or does it vary? Does he have any loss of appetite? Has he eaten anything lately that is out of the ordinary? Just because Chava got sick and isn't feeling well doesn't necessarily mean that the problem is with his stomach but I'm not saying you should rule that out. When you asked about something to sooth his stomach, You didn't specify food or meds so that would help also. If food then maybe others here can give you some advice but if meds then definitely consult the Vet. |

My cats are indoor cats and every once in awhile I buy them cat grass from the local pet store. It helps them with digestion

I have heard that dogs who eat grass sorta do that to cleanse their system. Maybe it's the same with cats. I hope your cat is feeling better, Jenny.

I have no advice, Jenny, but want to say that I hope Chava is feeling better soon. It's terrible seeing our pets in distress. They're so helpless.

my dog was sick and could barley stand up...the vet gave him medicine.
It would be stupid to have not brought him to the vet. |

That's good to hear, Jenny. You might want to have the vet check out Chava just to be on the safe side though.
