on the wall somewhat behind Mike's desk, is a plaque that looks exactly like the plaque he received when he was FATHER OF THE YEAR. Is it?

Would not suprise me. I mean, what man with children wouldn't want that award? Mr. Brady was a proud man by the end of the FOTY episode.

I don't think it's the same one. The FATHER OF THE YEAR plaque is in a portrait layout and the one on his office wall is in a landscape layout. We can see Mike's diploma from Norton College, however.
