Burrows makes it 'Legal'
Saffron Burrows is becoming a permanent fixture on ABC's "Boston Legal."
Burrows, who originally was tapped for a multiepisode arc on David E. Kelley's legal dramedy, has been named a regular on the show three weeks into production on the upcoming fourth season. In her first series gig, Burrows will play Lorraine Weller, a sexy, sophisticated litigator who once had a passionate affair with Alan Shore (James Spader), the chemistry of which still lingers and distracts (HR 7/2). Burrows joins "Legal" castmembers Spader, Candice Bergen, William Shatner, John Larroquette, Christian Clemenson, Gary Anthony Williams and Tara Summers. Another new regular, Taraji P.
