Bob: "Carol, weve decided to hire 3 other receptionists so you wont have to handle every office in the building, on your own!"
Emilie: "Bob, I married you for your money, and I'm sick of you....I'm eloping with Jerry!
Jerry: "I hate teeth, and women, in that order!"
Carlin: "Listen Dr. Hartley, I know life can be hard, but, I'm here for you!"
Howard: "Bob, i'm really sorry but, I simply can't impose on you and your wife any longer!"

Oh, I know, but he did that less frequently as the show went on. But if I were living next door to Howard, I don't think I'd mind. He was a sweetie.

You'll never hear one of Bob's patients saying "Thank you, Dr Hartley, I'm cured!"

Me either. In real life, too.

I sent Bill a Christmas present in care of his radio station. I guess it arrived in yesterday's mail, so hopefully they'll remember to give it to him tomorrow. Hope he likes it! Remember the episode where Emily couldn't decide what to give Howard for Christmas? The whole bit about the shoes?!

Thumbs up

Seeing what Tippy Tupperman and Doris Peterson looked like.

Debbie Flett joining Mensa.

What a sweet idea to mail Bill Daily a Christmas gift, Donna! I'm sure he will like it. By the way, it's great to have the Bob Newhart Show board buzzing with this much activity these past couple of weeks. Let's keep it up!!

Emily - "I love football Bob, lets watch it every night."
Howard - "I'm not flirting with any of the stewardesses on this flight."
Carol - "I'll never be late or leave early again."
Bob - "To heck with the patient's, I need 10 days off."
Jerry - "Bob, I don't need anymore free advice from you."
