Default I think TV Land made another GOOFin regards to-"Back to the Grind"

Just thought about this, why is Sherman Hemsley being feature on Back to the Grind because he never worked inside the Cleaners??-lol He MAINTAINED 7 cleaning stores from his OFFICE, so I think only marla gibbs should be featured. Having Sherman in the Cleaners makes no sense

Yeah, but he had to have some knowledge and know-how on how to run a cleaners. You can't own an business not ever having done the work.

Celebrities owning restaurants are a good example. They aren't chefs, cooks or waitresses.

Just because we saw him already established, doesn't mean he never did any cleaning work. We had to "just know" he did it before he moved on up.

We never saw Marla Gibbs character, Florence do any housework, but there she is on the Grind ready to do it.

Are you really going to say viewers never saw Florence do any work??????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????-LOL Please don't tell me you are saying that because u are going to make me think you only saw 3 eps of the Jeffersons. Also, we never saw George at work, only at home which is why Sherman is going to look STRANGE in the cleaners-lol

I was being sarcastic Solomon. George was always saying Florence never worked.

I think seeing Sherman working in the cleaners will be awesome because we never saw him do it on the Jeffersons.

TV Land - may have made a goof??? Say it ain't so!!

I agree, it will be awesome to see SH and MG do the jobs their Jeffersons characters did. It should be a riot.

I think it made the show funnier being she was being paid to be a housekeeper, but she rarely did anything, and almost always griped when she was asked to do something..in real life, she would have been fired after the first day.
