This Past Monday Was a 5 Year Anniversary - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

Sure 2002 had its crazy ass times. Nancy McKeon/FOL mania,to the point where saying you ddint like her made you worse than Isiah Washington and Hitler combined, Nate, and a few other things,LucyFan and his endless countign games, and just Lucy fans in general. I know, I was there.

But underneath all that a certain forum group was started that would change the face of SO and our lives forever. We've been called the beatles of SO ( ok not really). It was....THE TEXAS SMURFTRACTORS.

It all started during the summer of 2002 on the Happy Days board, the trivia was going on, Crystal ( I Love Clay Aiken) started a thread called o0o0o0 just to kill time, what she didnt know is the popularity that would ensue. I started with 4 pages..then a bunch more. 2 or 3 days after its creation, TF registered, that thread being the reason. It was me,him, Crystal and a few others for a while ,boy did we post like crazy for only 3 people.

Then there was a short silence, then a certain 16 year old man would chnage it all...

CHAD DOODY!

He registered in November, then when he started posting, the then almost called Happy Days Mafia was formed. 2003 was sure a great year for us, sure it had it moments, well SO sure as HELL had its moments, but we did too.New people, people coming, people going.

The in 2004, the party thread people and us combined for a while, for that summer, we were called the Charkony Gang in 04 and 05. Then on July 31, 2004, in a year of fights and pre-teens the board breakup happened, and Happy Days Chit Chat was closed after we had it after only a year,even though we posted on the regular HD board before TJ made that board.

Yeah the board split up in two groups, but we still had fun times. In 2005 though ,eh not much happened, we still posted but not as much, it was not really an up year for us or SO.

Then in 2006, we re-emerged as the SMURFTRACTORS, it was like 2003 and 04 again full of fun times, and things that got in the way, whether it was here, AIM,MSN or somewhere else.

In 2007 ,eh we're on MSN,but not on here as much, ansd like 2005, noyt much is going with SO in general either , yet this year, we still talk though, well sorta, some of us.

We;ve had our fun times, happy times, bad times, fights, breakups, invasions, making the most posts in any thread times. But no matter what, we were still, and some are. The Texas Smurftractor Charkony Mafia
