Default what if Lionel and Bentley never left the show after season 7

What If Lionel And Bentley Never Left The Show After Seasdon 7 And Stayed With It From Season 8 Through Season 11?
i know Lionel was in a couple of Season 8 Episode including the ones That Were intended For Season 7 But What If He Was A Cast member in season 8 and on through the rest of the series?
And yes Bentley Did Return In Season 10 but what if he was there in Season 8 And 9?
I Which Lionel And Bentley Would have stayed, I Do Like Florence And The Willis And There Are My Favorite Supporting Characters From Season 2 and on.
But Season 8-11 always had this empty felling to the show even when Bentley returned in season 10 it still had a empty felling because it was funnier when it was 9 or 10 cast members in the first 6 years then by season 8 it was 5 cast members.

I commented on this before- Lionel's leaving was what I think finally made them soften George up- with no children around they had to make him nicer or viewers would find him intolerable and intolerent. The political correctness starts to seep into the show in season 7- that is when George starts being buddy buddy with Tom and no longer calls him the H word- but once Lionel leaves it really becomes obvious. I watched season 8 when it originally aired and saw several of the episodes that were made for season 7 and it didn't occur to me until year 9 that Lionel and Bentley weren't on anymore. Once I figured this out it became jarringly clear that the show was off and the actors suddenly looked aged to me.

While I would have preferred that Mike Evans have stayed he wasn't happy at that point in his life so it's just as well that he wasn't in it. I must say that it doesn't show in his performance (or maybe it does- Lionel was better on AITF than he ever was in this show). And I guess fans didn't care because the show was still a hit without him. I can't think of too many story lines they could have done with Lionel in the 80s, still it would have been if he came on for 4-6 shows a season just to maintain a presence in the series, which I think is what they were aiming for with Blazing Jeffersons in year 8 (which to me the best show produced in that season).

As for Bentley he was that special piece of seasoning that added a little something extra and nice to the episodes- he is definitely missed when he was gone in years 8 and 9 and I was happy to see him back in the last 2 seasons, although his enthusiasm isn't the same in those last 2 seasons. Basically by the end George Louise and Florence were carrying the show.

I think of the Bentley character like i think of a metaball sandwich with Paremesean Cheese, whether I ask the guy to put the cheese on my sandwich or not i will still enjoy the meatball sandwich either way. And that's how I feel about Bentley on the Jeffersons, if he was there the show was still funny and if he wasn't there I still found the show funny. Until it was brought up he was gone 2 seasons on the web, I never even noticed

The First 7 Years Were The Best of The Shows Run and Season 8 Was Really quit Entertaining, Not As Much As Season 7 But It Had Some Good episodes During That Season That Was Funny,The 1982-1983 Season Also Had Some Good Episode in it That Were Funny And Entertaining Even So The Jeffersons whitewashed and Loss It Sparks And George Was Soften up it Still Had Some Good Episodes From The 1982-1983 Season that were Still Funny,The 1983-1984 Did Not have Very Man Good Episodes But it still had some good episodes that were good,The 1984-1985 was not A Good Season Most Of The Episodes were Weak And You Could Tell They Were Running Out Of Idea I Only Have 4 or 5 episodes that I like From This Season.
1980s did Have Some Good Episodes But Not As Good As The 1970s were, iam Starting to get in to the 80s episodes more.
