Default A Big Time Business Man like Mr. Drummond was able to get Arnold a job with a

newspaper and once Arnold got there all he was doing was GETTING COFFEE and DONUTS for the Photographers??-lol You would think if he was in there because of Drummond that he would be getting a small taste of what it is to be a photographer not some coffee boy-lol

You are missing my point, he wasn't doing anything that would help him to become a good Photographer. Getting coffee wasn't strengthening his photgraphy skills at all.

I didn't miss you're point, You can learn so much from watching others. Just because he was a gofer doesn't mean that he would have stayed stuck in that position. Like I said, he had to work his way up.

Ok, do you think if Tom Brokaw's son was interested in becoming a reporter and his dad was abl to get him a internship at CNN, the fact that Tom Brokaw is well known would make it weird that his son is going to the store buying coffee for the reporters and not going out with the reporters when they do stories. So. Mr. Drummond knew this guy at the NY times who knew another guy at the Paper and I thought he would get-"You are Phillip's Drummond Son Treatment?

Just because you're born or adopted into a privileged family, doesn't mean that you don't have to work your butt off in order to make a living. People aren't going to always hand you things on a silver platter. Your parents are suppose to teach you good work ethics in order to make it in the word. So you have to start and struggle and start at the bottom just like the average person. Or you'll end up with a bunch of Paris Hilton’s in the word.

I understand about working hard, but arnold was just confused about getting coffee all the time and not LEARNING ANYTHING about Photography. I'm sure Arnold was willing to work hard and listen to everything a Full time Photorapher had to say about what it takes to be a good photographer. Not how FAST he can deliver someone's coffee-lol
