can anybody think of examples of american- born celebrities- mainly actors, actresses whose parents are or were initially born outside of the States? or whom have a second nationality

my examples are
malcolm gets- british parents
jorja fox- canadian parents
america ferrera- hondoran parents
eric mabius- (aka daniel meade in ugly betty)- of irish and polish descent
rebecca romijin- of dutch heritage; has a dutch father and american mother of dutch descent

i also forgot alfonso ribeiro aka carlton banks from the fresh prince - his parents were originally from the dominican republic

Julia Louis-Dreyfus has strong roots in France... her family is loaded... she is too now, of course!

Her paternal grandparents were Dolores Neubauer and Pierre Louis-Dreyfus, a member of the French Resistance during World War II.

Really? Is she also related then, to Capt Dreyfus? ( The French Army officer who was wrongly court-martialed in the 1800s, after being framed by anti-Jewish elements in the French army )

According to Wikipedia, "...She (Louis-Dreyfus) has claimed to be related to Alfred Dreyfus, the Jewish-French Army Captain famously known for being the central figure in the Dreyfus Affair, though this has not been confirmed."
