Default I just realized why the ep when Will plays a 4 year old is the WORST ep of the series

Because grown men are not supposed to act like children and the way Will played a 4 year old was kind of strange-lol No 4 year old boy acts the way Will was and it was just so unrealistic to see will portray a 4 year old. he was portraying a 4 year old who had some kind of SPECIAL issues, not a normal little boy. Little nicky never acted anything like that which why this was an extemely stupid episode and a dumb idea.

The humor in the ep is Will bad's portrayal of a 4 year old boy-lol

I have to turn off that episode because I'm embarrassed for Will Smith. It's just a horrible episode. Uncle Phil barking was pretty funny though.

That ep and the one when Will's dad comes to visit are the main two I hate watching

I actually found that episode to be funny, though I agree about the one where Will's dad comes. It just wasn't proper for the series.

I know, 95% of the time the show was fun and silly and then someone thought of that DAD ep

there were some 'dumb' episodes in the fresh prince of bel air and that was one of them. btw, are you referring to the ep. when he was hypnotized and when ever someone rang a bell he would act like a child after carlton and will were watching a hypnotist show?

i'd agree with you on that one, plus i also disliked that episode where carlton ended up in hospital after he accidently mistook one of Will's drugs as medication pills or something on the lines of that. the latter series of the fresh prince became too serious for its own liking. i know these issues are important but i think things like drugs should not be covered in sitcoms.

I think a lot of the times the writers were trying too hard to be serious, when all we wanted to do was to laugh.

This was one series that struck me to be just funny, and never serious, so the episodes they had when it was serious, it didn't feel right watching it.

I don't know... I like those serious episodes. I might be the only one though. About the episode, when Will thinks he's a four-year-old... I don't think Will does such a bad job. Of course, Nicky was more mature than what Will seemed to be as a four-year-old, but hey, maybe Will was a more immature child than Nicky?
