I agree. I'm used to being on SO most nights. Without SO I wasn't even on the internet. I hope all this can be fixed.

The only good thing about SO being down is that it forces you to do other things. I had a real conversation with my husband last night, the first one since joining SO six years ago. I had forgotten what a great guy he is. He's actually taller than I remember too.

I would say things are almost fixed. A night off the server probably did it some good. There's still a huge backlog in the mail queue, but I'm just starting to see e-mails from the 4th or 5th. It still may be a bit sluggish overnight, but the major problems appear to be over. I place a lot the blame for the problems on Seth.
