YO MOMMA is so outdated. That show is abt 7 years too late. Who even tells MOMMA JOKES anymore? I agree, it should be a show with jokes dissing the people themselves.

I haven't watched HOUSE OF PAYNE aka PAIN. Don't want to, don't care to.

As for America's Got Talent, there are some rather talented people on there. But just like American Idol, you have to sit through some crap talent before you can see some of the real good stuff.

I agree with every show you listed, escept for America's Got Talent. It's the most watched show this summer with around 12 million viewers each airing, which is excellent even in the fall.

I hardly watch any regular television in the summer which is probably good since I watch so much during the TV season. Networks just want to add reality shows during that time so I'm not missing anything anyway. As for House of Payne....I'm glad TBS is trying out sitcoms but you are right it is Payneful to watch.

I am boycotting all reality shows. I've had enough.

Default summer programs

Once again a hilarious rant by Solomon. I don't watch ANY tv during the summer and Solomon has explained why. If it wasn't for the releases of classic television shows on DVD, I think I would have jumped off my balcony by now. When the broadcast networks switch to digital reception in 2009, I hope the money I spend on a new tv will be worth the cost.

Another good rant Solomon. I'm sure tv is lousy in the summer, but I personally don't care. I enjoy the break as my husband is watching baseball all season. Once the shows start in the fall, it's back to taping them. Like I said, I enjoy the summer break, but that's just me.
