HI,

I have looked and looked for this one, no luck. I even had MovieLead look for it (they do a movie search through TV stations, all kinds of archives etc. - they have a lot of luck usually). Wayne there said he had been searching for it for years with no luck at all. Please let me know if you happen to come up with anything!
