Longoria & Parker Net Windfall for Wedding Shots - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

Eva Longoria and Tony Parker's French nuptials look set to net the happy couple a cool $2 million after they agreed to let celebrity magazine OK! snap the wedding photos.

The Desperate Housewives star will wed her French basketball-player fiancé on July 7 in a ceremony held at a stately home just outside Paris.

And according to the New York Post, OK! bosses have snapped up the rights to exclusively photograph the big day, for $2 million.

OK! editor-in-chief Sara Ivens confirms her magazine has nailed the rights to the wedding shots, stating, "These were obviously highly coveted photos, and we were thrilled to negotiate the exclusive rights."

Did they also buy the rights for the first exclusive post-divorce interview?? I imagine Longoria has enough money - can't she keep a precious memory to herself??

I don't understand publicity-seeking celebrities, I really don't. It's one thing to promote a movie or show you're appearing in, but this???

Ahhhhhh you beat me to it. That is what I was going to say. I can see it now...no pics, "No comment." That is what will happen when this marriage ends in divorce. I would bet $2 million on that.

I hope Tony has a long and lucrative sports career because I don't se Eva becoming the big time mega bucks movie actress she expects to be after "Desperate Housewives" is over.

She should probably make a deal now with OK for the first baby pics.
