please don't laugh...........

1. What does "City Limits" mean? As in, "Tampa Bay City Limits?"

2. What does, 'You can't see The forest for The Trees Mean?"

3. What does "Wanted dead" mean? I know what wanted alive means, but I am not sure what wanted dead means..............

City limits basically means that's the border between say "Tampa" and "Carollwood"...You're either entering Tampa from Carollwood or exiting Tampa and entering Carollwood. Something like that. The 2nd one I'm actually not too sure on, but I always assumed it just meant like...You're so busy focusing on a certain aspect of whatever that you can't see the bigger picture. For the 3rd question...They want your head, whether or not they get you alive or have to kill you to get it.

In addition to TF's City Limits answer, I'd like to add that the city limits of a town are what areas the government of, say, Tampa, has control over. So if you are not within Tampa city limits, the Tampa cops can't stop you for speeding.
