The show was only good with Lisa Bonet anyway. Everyone else was a bit irritating.

Yeah, Sanford & Son is one of my favorite TV shows.

The Cosby show bores the heck out of me! It's so beyond unrealistic! LOL!

Plus, Sanford & Son is way more funnier! I get such a kick out of Fred G. Sanford, Aunt Ester, Lemont, Grady, etc. LOL!

Too goody-goody! All of 'em! LOL! I never really thought anything about The Cosby show was ever funny.

Sanford & Son makes me and my pals laugh so much! I'm so gad it's on TV Land! I can do without those dreadful Cosbys.

Thumbs up

I've been sick of Cosby since 1985, One of my favorite shows (Wildside) was canned after 6 episodes by ABC because Cosby killed it in the ratings.

teddybare, I know you're sick of Cosby and I don't blame you but may I ask why you put this in the Sanford & Son forum?

The Cosby Show is garbage, but THE BILL COSBY SHOW which aired for two seasons from 1969 to 1971 was really a pretty good show. It's too bad so many people don't remember it or even know it exists. Bill Cosby was a cool cat as Chet Kincaid. Season one is out on DVD, hopefully they'll do season two also.

Got nothing against The Cosby Show but it was the Leave It To Beaver of the 80s(though, I love LITB).

I'm guessing the poster would like to see a little more Sanford and less Cosby.

Well he/she should have mentioned that in the thread they started. You know, something like-"When will the day come when we will seei S&S marathons and less cosby show marathons?
