Why did Theo go outside to get Rudys Phone when he knew the Car smashed it up?-lol
In the ep-"Dance Mania" The brings the SMASHED UP Phone back in the House with Tire smarks all over it-lol I'm sure there was a trash can outside for theo to throw it in since it was in such bad shape
BTW: the smashed up phone is on the couch next to rudy in the final scene when she sitting on Theo's Lap and Cliff goes to grab it and throw it away right before the scene fades to black-lol |

 Besides, like I said, Rudy was tooooo old to play with that phone. That is the kind of phone a 4 year old plays with.
