Jon Gruden is excited about having Jeff Garcia as his starting QB this upcoming seaso
Watching the story on SportsCenter and Gruden will go with Garcia as the Starting QB since the Bucs had the worst 3rd and long conversion in the League-lol

Gruden could be on to something. Don't the bucs run the west coast offensive also like philly? Garcia has sucess in west coast offenses
