Default The worst episodes of the show?

This show had a lot of great episodes, but others were just downright stupid and pointless. So, I'm asking what do you think were the show's worst episodes?

For me it was "That's Not What I Said" in season 3. In the beginning of the episode, Theo was in jail, and I thought that was the whole point of the episode. But then it turns out that the whole episode is about Cliff and Claire having a fight. And, it was over something really stupid, and it some of the worst acting done by Bill Cosby and Phylicia Rashad in the show.

The UBER-boring "Hillman Homecoming" show........I dont watch a sitcom for a half-hour infomercial on the Negro College fund ( Which is a fine charity but, I wanted to laugh, not sleep! )

The Olivia years. It seemed like they forced storylines to include her.

I don't like the episode where Cliff eats too much junk food and goes to sleep and has a dream about Muppets. The one where he dreams that the men are pregnant is bad, too along with the entire episode that centers around Rudy wanting to where a spring dress in the winter.

I soooo agree. That was a waste of a half-hour. Not to be mean or anything like that, but unless you are interested in the Negro College Fund, this is not an episode for you.

I hated the episode where Cliff was running that relay with that famous runner/sprinter. It seems that Cliff had a lot of run-ins with celebs in some way, shape or form.

Anything where the show "visited Hillman".

That episode where the men were playing Pinochle.

Any episode where the "new kids" came on board...Pam, Olivia...Satan.

The Pinochle ep wasn't too bad, more watchable than the ep when Cliff took Rudy and her friends to dinner

I started to watch an episode the other night. Something about Rudy's fantasy. I think it's from a book or something. As soon as I saw it go into nutcase mode, I shut if off. What episode is that anyway?

Good points! The only grandparents episodes I like a lot are the anniversary ones where the family lip-synchs to James Brown and Ray Charles. Those are classics.

I also found the episodes where the Grandparents came around to be very dull, yet those were always rated to be the best episodes.

Also, that one where cliff eats that kielbasa or something, and he dreams he's having a sandwich as a baby really got me angry that such a good show had to go to such low levels. Were they really running out of storylines by then?
