Last April I got my second season DVD and it has a skip on it and I wonder how I go about making an exchange for it. I tried going through Amazon and they aren't much help. I am missing 2 episodes on it.

Amazon wouldn't help? did you call them or email them?
last time I had a bad disk I emailed them and they sent out a replacement right away |

I e-mailed them and they gave me the website in which I was to return my DVD. It wasn't much help. I don't know if they e-mailed me the right address. I got the Amazon website but didn't know what to do with it.

I did try that but I can't do anything with it. I don't know the address of the sender and I can't e-mail Amazon. Thats what I need to do but they won't accept my e-mail. Instead what they do is refer me to some worthless site that I can't do anything with and I get an automated message.

The way you say you don't know the sender's address, it sounds like you purchased the DVD from an Amazon merchant, not from Amazon itself. If this is true, try this: http://www.amazon.com/gp/help/custom...odeId=12277491
