Default Right now, which is worse... today's music or tv?

both are as bad as each other, i'd never thought that at this current period, most of today's music and tv shows- especially the sitcoms would be so crap. therefore, i cannot choose betwen either of them

music...i think TV is starting to go uphill again. at least now the most popular shows are dramas...scripted shows, over reality stuff. it's not as good as it was say, 10/20/30 years ago, but it seems to be getting back up there.

music on the other hand...blech. if you dig past the rap and bubblegum crap you can find some good songs, and i think that along with TV, it was worse a couple of years ago and is slowly climbing uphill again, but for the most part, the most popular songs are all hip hop stuff which, to me, is nothing great for the most part.

What a good question. I can't decide, it's a toss-up.

Todays Music is worse, there just aren't any real great stand out bands or singers. At least with todays tv, you'll find several good shows that you like.

Music. Today's music is just awful. Today's tv sucks for the most part, but at least there are a few shows I can watch.

I really can't pick. I think both music and television is pretty bad these days. Movies aren't much better. The only "new" show that I watch is CSI. The only "new" music I like is in country music.

Definitely music...there are still a few good shows out there on t.v., but good music is harder to come by.

Nope! Let me put it this way, I'd rather listen to a lawn mower than listen to the music that's being made today.

Especially if it was a lawn mower playing "Arthur's Theme".
