I wonder if Missy ever got parole? According to the Unsolved Mysteries segment she never shot Elmer so she probably was charged with complicity.

Missy Munday never served a day in prison for her involvement in the crime. In exchange for her testimony against Strickland all charges against her were dropped.

it's unclear what, if any, involvement Munday had in the crimes. I'm not even sure she could get an accessory/aiding a criminal charge. One of the law enforcement persons in the segment claimed that Munday was as dangerous as Strickland. I always thought that was a bogus statement. I think I would be more terrified of running into Strickland in a dark alley as opposed to Munday.

Yes it is!! lolz well either that or it's about to be slammed!

Strickland case was on one of CD's early fav volumes, like 2 or 3 I think.

Cricci you would have loved the update to the Strickland case where he talks about the case being "circlestantive" evidence......

It really aggravated me that Missy didn't get anything for the crime. In the articles Justin posted about them a while back she admits to being in on the robbery and said they picked Monday because he would have more money then. She claims he was going to handcuff them together and rob Elmer and Jerry was going to "rape" her...

so if nothing else she should have been on trial for robbery. I also wonder if she was pregnant with their 2nd child when UM aired their case because when they were arrested soon after the UM segment aired neighbors talked about their child Jamie but later on I notices it says they have 2 children together.

After reading that and re-watching the update, I learned that Munday is in fact guilty. I guess I had forgot. Stack says she could have gotten life without the possibility of parole, so she definitely got off extremely easy.

Another funny thing in that update was when they show Strickland's denial of it, then cut to Stack saying something like "Thanks to our viewers, Strickland is now in prison." I guess that lets us know what Stack thought of Strickland's denial.

Another dirtbag who has no right to see the light of day. Missy belongs there with him. I hope he is enjoying his accomodations.
