Default Automated No Caps Feature
can we PLEASE get rid of this? it's really annoying, i mean, i know Caps is considered "shouting" but sometime it's just fun to type in caps and it puts emphasis on things, and i don't see why occasional caps hurt anymore. plus that person who types in all caps isn't even HERE anymore.
