Rene Olsted and Tyler Ball from Still Standing, I think they played their actual ages on the show.

Stuffy Singer--Alexander Bumstead in Blondie--was ~16 at the time.

Wesley Morgan--(Chester A. Riley,) Junior in The Life Of Riley--was very obviously the same age as the character he played, as he literally grew up over the course of the first few seasons.

Don't forget Haywood Nelson from What's Happening!! When ABC premiered the show in late summer of 1976, he was 16 at the time.

All the Facts of Life girls were teenagers at the start of the show.

The kids on Little House grew into teenagers (Mary, Laura, Nellie, Willie, etc.) during the show's long run.

Todd Bridges and Dana Plato were teenagers when Diff'rent Strokes began. Gary Coleman became a teen a few years into the show's run.

On "The Cosby show", all the children except Sondra were played by people in the right age. On "Family Matters", Steve, Laura and Eddy were played by people the right age too.
