Jeannie (I Dream of Jeannie). Once she mentioned blood having green corpusles in it. O_O So I don't think she'd make a good donor.

David and/or Bruce Banner (Incredible Hulk)- In the She-Hulk comics, Bruce gave his cousin a blood transfusion, and she became She-Hulk, so unless you want to be a big green creature....
