Who else should be on this list? If Herb Tarlek is included, so should Les Nessman. I also nominate Steve Urkel (Family Matters), JJ Evans (Good Times), and Horshack (Welcome Back, Kotter). The topper would be Ted Baxter (MTM). He'd plop right down next to you and start yammering, "It all started in a 5,000 watt radio station in Fresno, CA..."
