Rev. Mike Webber - Soul Man. In this short lived 1997 sitcom, Dan Aykroyd (SNL) played a widowed minister who drove a motorcycle and used unorthodox methods to get people into the church. I believe he did a crossover on Home Improvement as well.

Speaking of SNL - how could we forget Dana Carvey as the Church Lady??
