Former American Idol Contender Antonella Barba Waiting for 'Right' Opportunity

A lot of the entertainment industry exploiters were quickly on hand when the photo scandal surrounding American Idol contestant Antonella Barba broke wide open. It wasn't long before "Girls Gone Wild" and SugarDVD offered Barba a chance to launch her "entertainment" career.

After being eliminated, Barba wisely stayed out of the public eye while comtemplating what she wanted to do next.

Referring to the offers by the industry exploiters, Barba said, "You have to wait for what's right. You can't take the first thing." It wasn't what she was looking for. Hopefully she won't go down that road to nowhere.

"I don't regret going on American Idol. I'm thankful for the opportunities... Even if you've made right or wrong decisions, you can't regret them, because you've learned from them. Everything happens for a reason. I'd like to know what it is, though."

Here's what it is Antonella: Anything you do will come back to haunt you. We no longer live in a world where someone's personal life can be completely hidden away somewhere.
