don't worry, it's short lived. Only on those oddball episodes (The Reporter, The Bus, Earthquake, and The Pharmacist)...he'll be wearing the white T-shirt again tomorrow when they start the 3rd season

I like the white T shirt. Why should he wear a nice button down shirt if he is in a greasy kitchen all day?

This episode (The Bus) is another downer. So dramatic at times and boring. No real hard laughs. It seems these "oddball" episodes that FredScuttle refers to seem to fit a pattern. Even Vera's hair is the same style as it was yesterday in THE REPORTER episode. Also, Mel is also wearing that same blue shirt.

Anyone notice "Marcia" from season 1 of Happy Days? Marcia is the character from Happy Days who played a waitress at Arnold's.

Yeah, I noticed her.

I think you are right about the episode. Not really all that funny. I think that has something to do with the fact that they started to smarten up Vera.

I hated the "dingy" Vera. I so much liked the smarter Vera. I also liked that they made her up better. That plain jane look was not good.
