June 6th: Sonny's (Walking Tall) 4th Anniversary At SO - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

Sonny (aka "Walking Tall") joined Sitcoms Online on June 6, 2003, which makes tomorrow his 4th anniversary of posting here with us. Anyone who knows Sonny (as I've been lucky to over the last two years) knows that he is as loyal a friend as anyone could ask for and is someone you can always go to if you have a problem. I think everyone will agree with me that this site would not be the same without him.

Sonny, it's hard to believe we've known each other for four years. In that time, we've been through a lot. Remember how shy you used to be, when Tara first invited you to her random thread and we all said hello to each other? Playin' on the game board, the months when the Random board was gone and we went over to chat on different sitcom boards, TKM, Raven, our threads filled to the brim with wild, crazy and fun times, staying up late.. late.. laaaaate, trying to think up names for those threads, Tara's love for Ron Glass, Allison telling us about Vicki Lawrence/Trading Spaces, me and my love for Bill Bixby and Jon-Erik Hexum, Avatars Anonymous and so much more.

You were one of my best friends and although we've had some really hard times, I will always be grateful for the friendship you gave to me.. I'm also glad that we're ok now.

So, may you have one hell of an anniversary. Here's to many more years, Sonny.

Awww Kate that' had me tearing up.

It brought back so many memories. I think one of the reasons I'm not shy around here anymore is because of you. You just made me feel right at home over in Random and I thank you so much. We've had a lot of fun on these boards. I remember the times when all of us would stay up till 5 in the morning just talking and we didn't even realize it had gotten that late. Time just flew.

One time I think all of us talked Friday through Sunday without much of a break. The best anniversary gift I could have is talking to you and Justin again. I missed you guys.

Me too - for a while there, I think I was on some of those Random threads with you guys at like 1:30 - 3:00 a.m. Definitely had some good laughs (when you're getting giddy anyway) in the middle of the night! It was like holding a slumber party online.
