Yeah it's me, Miss Terrible-With-Names again.
I can't remember anything about this case except that it involved the disappearance, or possibly the murder, of a young woman. She was either a teenager or in her early 20s. The re-enactment showed her brushing her hair or doing some other beauty care routine at the bathroom mirror, and her mother was there, and she asked her mother if it was ever okay "to go with a married man." Her mother was interviewed in the segment and recounted this tale and said that she had told her daughter that no, it was not okay to do that. I think shortly after this, the girl either disappeared or was found murdered. I can't remember names, places or dates in relation to this segment, the only thing I remember is that small bit in the re-enactment. I have no idea why it has stuck with me through all these years, but the rest of the details have not. If anyone knows which case I'm talking about, please let me know. Thanks in advance. |

Oh yes, I remember her! I'll look around the board and read up on that case again to refresh my memory. Thank you so much for your help.

It's also viewable on that site with those ever-more-popular "moving pictures" that people post. I'm starting to think these "talkies" aren't just a fad.
