He was calling her "TELMA", LOL TELMA PLEASE. I watched this ep the other night on TV Land and could not stop laughing at how he just took out the H.

I was bored the other night and watched that episode myself. It is obvious that wherever he is from, they don't have the "TH" sound in his language. Much like asians can't say certain sounds of the alphabet.

Maybe he was thinking of Telma Hopkins. I can't help but laugh a little when Ibe's name is mentioned because I now think of EBAY.
