Two Straight ECF eliminations after his team was the number 1 seed and they are not going to the Finals. And what made this year worst was the Pistons losing 4 STRAIGHT!-lol Flip has to be GONE

Depends how Pistons management looks at it. They can see it your way OR they can say he brought them to two consecutive ECF's.

But he TOOK over a team who was in the Finals the previous season and couldn't get them back

He was probably going to get ONE MORE YEAR but after losing 4 straight I don't know

Flip is more of an offensive guy to me and last time I checked the pistons were all about defense! It is time for a change. I have a feeling chauncey billups & flip will be gone next year.
