For me, it's The Cosby Show. I loved it during its original run. It got the Nick@Nite run-into-the ground treatment, and I came close to hating the show. The last few weeks, I'm loving it again.

Just by reading the thread title I was thinking about The Cosby Show! I stopped watching Nick at Nite for a while, and now I am into the show again. I will be purchasing all 4 seasons released thus far on Tuesday.

Yea the cosby show is one and I loved fresh prince then N@N started killing it then I was watching it on N@N and I well sort of loved it again.

THE DICK VAN DYKE SHOW. N@N used to show it so many times, I got so tired of it. Then I stopped watching it for a while; and now I love it again.

Well I won't say "love," but I watched "Saved by the Bell" in it's original run and then all the time in reruns on TBS. I had seen every episode a gazillion times. Then I went for years without watching it. The meer thought of that show made me sick. But once the DVDs started coming out, I slowly got back into it. And now I can watch it again.

I'm that way with most shows, though. I love it for a while, then move on and eventually come back to it. Like right now I'm in a sixties mood, so I've been watching a lot of "F Troop", "Bewitched," and "The Monkees".

Gosh...I can't think of any show I burned out on that I went back to obsessing over. I never have gotten back into I Love Lucy though I don't hate it. Just don't feel like watching it a lot.

I honestly have to say Cheers. I loved it back in 2002 but then I burned out and started loving MASH in 2004. However, I burned out on that and became Match Game obsessed last winter. Now, I'm back to loving Cheers again.

Sorry to say I have no shows that I have ever felt that way abt. I have shows that I watched during its first run and never felt the need to watch it again.

That happens with alot of the shows that I watch. I will be into a show for a long time and then after seeing it over and over for a while I get burned out on it then when I see it again later, I love it again. That is how it was for me with Friends. I got into that show last year and watched it everyday in reruns and go the seasons of it and stuff and now I don't watch it that much because I got kind of sick of it. I still love the show, but only watch it when I feel like it.

Mamas Family - Watched it all the time when it was on my local stations/TBS and first run over the years and now I barely watch it on ION. I am starting to watch it again slowly.

Golden Girls - Watched it in its original run and on Lifetime then quit watching it until about a year ago. I got back into it when LT was showing Golden Palace.

Roseanne - Watched most of it in its original airing then on my locals/N@N and recently got really burnt out on the overplaying of it. I think I still like the show to a point but right now have no desire to watch it. Maybe its my desire to stay away from N@N that has caused me to have no desire for watching the show.

TCS - Same as Roseanne but am enjoying the episodes that are currently running on TVLand. Of course when they start with the Pam/Olivia episodes I will probably be tired of the show and hate it again for awhile.

Dawson's Creek. But I actually hated it, then loved it, then hated it, then watched the very last ep and loved it, then loooved watching repeats in the mornings on TBS. Now I hate again. LOL

I watched too much Seinfeld from 1996 until 2002, I can't even stand it anymore. I do have the DVD's though, because some day down the line, I'll love it all over again.

Home Improvement -- I stopped watching somewhere during one of the final seasons, before the actual final season, but now I sometimes enjoy watching it in reruns.
Roseanne -- I never saw the final season during it's original run, I was over the show, but then when N@N picked it up, I watched it through one entire rotation and really found myself enjoying it even more.
Growing Pains -- often I go through phases where I hate this show and then will watch it on whatever channel airs it and fall in love with it again.

There are a lot of shows I get burnt out on but never truly hate, I just stop watching them quite as much. Right now, it's Boy Meets World. I used to tape that every chance I got because it is on at odd times for me, but I felt that I was overdoing it, since if it was on at a decent time, I wouldn't catch it as much as I did by taping it.

I'm with you on the Cosby Show (currently still tired of it).

I've been like that in the past with All In The Family, M*A*S*H, I Love Lucy, Happy Days, and now even Dick Van Dyke.

When you can recite the entire script along with the characters it's time for a rest.

(Doesn't mean I don't love them overall, but there's just so much you can take for a while.)

That's the way I used to be with Three's Company. I watched it so much I could recite the actor's lines. lol Then I didn't watch it for years...I barely even watched it when it was on N@N but then I got all the DVDS for it and watched them and I love the show.
