Actor/actress you'd never watch - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

is there a particular actor or actress that you would never watch and for a certain reason? ideally, in tv but film would do as well

for instance, mine would be jenna elfman- i mean, i'm sure she is a really wonderful and fantastic person, but i have never been a fan of anything she has done- be it in dharma and greg, courting alex or that film she was in with ben stiller and ed norton, i forgot what the name of the title was but it was a religious-type of flick

The movie you referred to is Keeping The Faith.

As for me, I refuse to watch anything with Rosie O'Donnell, Tom Cruise, Paris Hilton, Lindsay Lohan...I'd rather chew glass.

thanks for mentioning the title. i was racking my brains but i couldn't remember what it was called. and yep, i wouldn't watch anything involving those 'morons' you've mentioned either

Sarah Silverman is a comedian/actress known for her wierd and un PC standup act. She starred in a concert film entitled "Jesus Is Magic" and just completed a season of her own show on Comedy Central.

SHe is hosting the upcoming MTV Movie Awards.

thanks TJL. i just went on IMDB and typed in her name and read that she made appearences in films such as 'school of rock' and 'there's something about mary'- of which i hated watching-, as well as 'saturday night live'

Yeah, she's had bit parts in numerous films and TV series. She's not a bad actress, but her standup act is an acquired taste. She also had some funny scenes in last years utterly profane "Aristocrats" movie.

Helen Hunt- because her acting bores me. She has like, no inflection. Gag.

Jorga Fox falls in that category even moreso, but I still watch CSI.

Kathie Griffin - (My Life on the D List), she is just annoying to look at. I don't know why but I cannot get past her looks to watch her in anything. The commercials for her show annoy me to a point that I have really began to dislike her regardless if she if funny or talented.

Dustin Diamond - I used to watch SBTB years ago and didnt think twice about him but after his recent stunts and reality crap on VH1, I don't want to give up time to see anything with him in it.

Juliette Lewis, Jenna Elfman, Brigette Nielson, Tom Cruise/Katie Holmes, Kirk Cameron (with the exception of Growing Pains episode where Carols boyfriend Sandy dies), Raven Simone, and any of the drama queens like Paris, Nicole, Linsey etc

Sarah Silverman, anything new by Rosie O'Donnell (I can stand watching her older stuff from when she wasn't crazy), Jenna Elfman (I do sometimes watch D&G, but only when someone else turns it there), Paris Hilton, Nicole Ritchie, Lindsay Lohan (except I do like Freaky Friday), Kathy Griffin (my sister likes her, but me not so much), Tom Cruise, Katie Holmes (but then I never really liked her before she got with Tom Cruise anyway)
