When Mel Accountant told him he had to get rid of ONE Waitress, shouldn't he
have GOT rid of all 3 of them and just hired ONE New Waitress?-lol Business Wise, wouldn't that have made more sense instead of choosing between 3 people who were obviously very close to him. Mel knew damm well it was no way he could have gotten rid of just ONE and not the other two.

No. Flo had worked for Mel for over 8 years, I don't know how long Vera had been there, but I guess it was abt the same. Alice hadn't been there that long. If he had to let one go it should be the one who was hired last. Last to hire, first to fire.
