Default Question

I got a question for you all:

Let's say the good news is that the Wonder Years is finally coming out to DVD but the bad news, the theme song and every song in the show is replaced due to music costs

Will you still buy it?

No because the music is what made the series so successful in my opinion!

No, I don't think so. The music was BIG BIG part of the show. I think it helped define each scene and each storyline, not to mention the time period The Wonder Years took place in. Without the music, it's just not the same show. So no.

Plus, I LOVE LOVE LOVE the theme song!!! <3 It's just one of those songs...for me at least, that when I hear it, I stop and listen.

Me 2. I love the theme song and most of the songs in the series. I have heard alot of new oldies songs that I hadn't heard before from that show. So, I would NOT buy it if it had replacement music.

I agree with everyone else. The music was integral to the show, as if it was another character of sorts. It was a major part of what gave it that distinctive, nostalgic, Baby Boomer era feeling. It just wouldn't be the same without the music.
