Default Spurs Take game 4 Over Jazz 3-1

Woooohoooo!!! First the coach got ejected then Fisher. What a great game for the Spurs. Now all we have to do is bring it home and win the Western Conference Finals. Manu Ginobili scored 16 points in the fourth quarter as the Spurs held off a charge from the Jazz for a 91-79 win.

Spurs Outlast Jazz in Game 4 Victory

> Wallpaper
The Spurs made history on Monday night with a 91-79 Game 4 victory over the Jazz. For the first time in franchise history the Spurs won a playoff game in Salt Lake City and turned Utah's previously perfect (8-0) 2007 Playoffs home stint into 3-1 Western Conference Finals deficit.
Despite being outscored 20-13 in the third quarter, the Spurs held a one-point lead entering the fourth quarter when things got heated. San Antonio outscored Utah 28-17 in the fourth quarter with 19 of those points coming from the free throw line. Utah head coach Jerry Sloan and guard Derek Fisher would both be ejected in the final minutes of game.

Manu Ginobili led the offensive production for the Spurs with 22 points - 16 in the fourth quarter - and converted on 12-of-15 free throws. Tim Duncan stayed on the court for 38 minutes and tallied 19 points with nine rebounds and five blocks.

San Antonio produced five players in double-digits including Duncan and Ginobili. Tony Parker scored 17 points, Michael Finley added 13 and Fabricio Oberto posted 11 points and a game-high 11 boards.

Utah was unable to match the Spurs' point production down the stretch. Deron Williams (27 points) and Carlos Boozer (18) were the only two players for the Jazz in double digits.

The two teams will be back in action for Game 5 of the Western Conference Finals in San Antonio at the AT&T Center on Wednesday, May 30 at 8 p.m.

Ya know its funny. The Spurs win and nobody replys. If they would have lost everone would have been going nuts.

That's not so surprising! We expect this from the Spurs. I don't think the Jazz can stop them from returning to the NBA Finals, and chances are, the Spurs just might take their 4th title in a span of 8 years.

That's how it is when you have a Pro-team that's dominant, they are hated by everyone. It was like that with the Lakers from 2000-2004, i mean it you could have heard the JOY of everyone when the Lakers finally went down, you would have thought they won the lottery. Just like I hated the dominant teams below

The 49ers team from 1988-1991

The Bulls from 1991-1993 and 1996-1998

That's how it wll always be in Pro Sports. When you are the Dominant team, you are the most DISLIKED.

I was a Spurs fan when they were 21-61 before David Robinson. It was always easier to meet the players back then so there is always a bright side!

GO SPURS GO !!!
