In memory of my beloved father. A World War II army veteran. He enlisted on his birthday and stayed in Europe for two years.
Among the many things he did was guard one of Hitler's hideaways. I have several of the items that my father brought back home from that place. It includes ammunition, german money and coins and a swatsika flag. I have it carefully put away. Couldn't part with that since it is history. In memory of my brother who was a private in the U.S. Marine Corps. until he had to be discharged because of a recurring injury. This day is also my late nephew's birthday. He died at the age of 12. He would have been 34 today. GOD BLESS YOU AND I MISS YOU. THANK YOU FOR ALL YOU DID. |
