Lamont didn't have to marry the fat girl, for Fred to get 10,000 bucks.....and he could have kept the Japanese restaurant....(the man told Fred and Ah Chu it would cost 10,000 dollars to renovate the place)....How?...Well, there was a caveman bone buried in the junkyard all along that was worth 10,000 bucks.... all he had to do is dig it up....if he only knew it was out there.....(lol)

They didn't have to do all that. All they had to do is sell the home to the Japanese. They were willing to give them up to $30,000. That's what made me mad about Fred. As money grubbing as he was, he had a chance to get the most money than he ever had in his life. And when he finally gave in, the deal was dead.
