Where does the "American Life TV Network" exist so to speak?

Time Warner cable carries it in New York and it's on Verizon Fios. Not on Direct TV or DISH network but if you have a 3 foot dish you can get it.

It was on Comcast here when I got digital cable and 42 minutes into the FBI on a Friday night in December it disappeared never to come back. Comcast here dropped it.
