Lindsay Lohan cited for DUI - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

X17 can report exclusively that Lindsay Lohan was cited for driving under the influence this morning. The Beverly Hills Sheriff's Department received a call around 5:30 am about a driver having lost control of her car at the corner of Sunset Blvd. and Foothill Dr., according to Sergeant Mike Foxen of the BHSD. No one involved in the accident was on the scene when officers arrived. The only person on the scene was the witness who called to report the accident, who had recognized the driver of the Mercedes SL 65 AMG black convertible as the young actress.

Lindsay and her two passengers left the scene of the accident in an univolved car and went to a local hospital to be treated for minor injuries. Sgt. Foxen was unaware of whether Lindsay was still at the hospital or not and would not name the facility where she received care.

An officer investigation revealed that Lindsay was intoxicated at the time of the accident and Lohan's car was towed around 6:30 am this morning. Because of the need for Lindsay to receive medical attention, she was never taken into police custody, according the Sgt. Foxen. She will be have to appear in court to face DUI charges in the near future but not date has been set.

X17 photographer Marcello Volpe saw Lindsay leaving the party in the Hollywood Hills this morning around 5 am and described her as looking "completely wasted." He said, "It looked like Lindsay had been partying all night and she appeared to be in no condition to drive."

the press confrence going on right now also said they found coke in her car. So much for rehab working. Maybe she wants to join her buddy Paris in jail. You'd think they'd learn from her, guess not.

I will never understand why rich and famous people drive themselves when they're under the influence. Hire a chauffer, fools.

Yeah same here. Her mother loves to defend her, rather than defend her, GET HER HELP. It's not like you can't afford it. And if she refuses, than hire a driver.

Really, she has got to help herself. This is a baby practically who has access to millions of dollars.

Why am I not surprised? Why do girls look up to this spoiled airhead as a ROLE MODEL?? Why can't she, Paris, Britney and the rest of them move to Jupiter so we don't have to hear about them ever again?

I'd love to say a lot more, but it's unfit for a family board.

This girl is headed down the same route as Paris. Or worse, she may kill someone one day.

The way her mother and her work so hard at getting her work, that is how hard Lindsay should work at rehab.

The place that many of the stars like to go to is a place called PROMISES in Malibu. For only $100,000 (somewhere around there) you go for a month. The thing here is this place states that alcoholism and drug use is NOT A DISEASE. They don't believe in AA or any of the 12 step programs. So, if celebs are being told this, it is a wonder they continue to drink and do drugs.

Wow, that's how this place stays in business, they take their $$$, herd them in and out and they know they are doomed to fail, so here they come in again and fork over another $100 grand. That place is a resort.

Gee, since rehab worked out so good for her, she and Danny Bonaduce should carpool together. She'll probably be one of the strippers at his party anyway.

Maybe her mother will file all sorts of lawsuits like that Cardinals pitcher's father did. I sure wouldn't put it past her.

Josh Hancock foolishly chose his fate by drinking, driving and ultimately, wrecking. His father has no case at all against either the towing company nor the bar Hancock drank at(They offered him a Cab home, but he refused). Lindsay Lohan needs some serious help, but it doesn't look like her mother is any help to her at all. She needs God to free her of the poisons of alcohol, once and for all. Lindsay is loved, but she's got to love herself, first.

I think its all her mothers doing. She told my sister(who had her son in her class for 2 years) that she didnt care if he smoked pot because he's doing what normal teenagers do. Yeah its great for your son to come to class high every day.
