Both were terrible, but I'm going to go with Elaine. I can never hear Earth Wind & Fire's "Shining Star" without picturing Elaine on the dance floor. Didn't she "dance" to it in 2 separate episodes?

Urkel always looked cute when he danced -- Elaine just looked terrible -- however that is one of the funniest epiodes of Seinfeld.
