NBA playoff Game during the same time as American Idol? Do u think it's stupid? Last night the Spurs game didn;t start until the American Idol went off and tonight NO GAME since this is the true Finale. it can't be because of ratings

It's not because of Idol. Last year Idol's Tuesday finale was two-hours and the NBA Playoffs still aired against it. Dancing with the Stars' finale yesterday from 9-11pm was higher rated than Idol.

And TNT likes to have games on Thursdays so I think that is why game two is on Thursday. There is no game on Friday either. ABC has the west game in primetime on Saturday.

Well maybe TNT's Executive producer is a American Idol fan-lol
