I know that Ricky was about 5'11".

What were the heights of the others. Looking at this pic it seems that Ethel is the same height as Lucy when Lucy wore high heels but I noticed Ethel wore flats in this ep.

She also seemed to be taller than Fred.

According to several sources on the internet, Desi was only around 5'9", that's why he wore those weird boot-like shoes: they were lifts! Lucy acknowledged she was 5'7-1/2", and remember, she often wore heels. Many times she seemed to look at Desi eye to eye. Vivian was 5'6" and Bill was 5'5". All of their height relationships changed according to the shoes they wore.

You can tell Desi is not very tall when he is near other male actors.
